Oil spill accidents occurring at high seas and surface are considered to be the worst man-made disasters that has affected millions of species and costed billions to economies. “Sooner the better” approach for containing such spills is the key for quicker mitigation.

NM Oilsorb is a high speed oil absorbent technology that is super oleophilic and hydrophobic that recovers 6 times more oil at a time and is reusable for 200 times in comparison to the traditional sorbent pads.

Its open cell Graphene treated foam creates an oleophilic effect and repels water greater than >95% that permits the intact recovery of spilled oil with <5% water. It can absorb about twenty-five times its own weight of any organic compound. These pads when squeezed using systems can be reused more than 200 times.

NM Oilsorb absorbent is designed in a unique open cell structure graphene based foam that provides excellent hydrophobicity to the pad and provides extra tensile strength to the whole structure. In an open-cell graphene-based foam; by displacing air, oil flows through the entire structure and holds the absorbed oil in it. Instruction To Use

. Incase of an oil spill, contain the area with boom

. Place Oilsorb pads into the affected area over the area

. Leave the oil spilled area with NM Oilsorb for a few minutes, so that it can soak the oil from affected area

. It may take a few minutes and several rounds depending upon the quantity of liquid spilled

. When the pad looks filled with oil, collect the same and squeeze the OilSorb in a squeezer. Make sure to collect the spilled oil in proper containers or barrels.

. NM Oilsorb will act as a medium to collect oil from spills and once squeezed the oilsorb, it will separate out all the collected oil from its body and will be ready for another round.

. NM Oilsorb is reusable upto 200 times depending on the appropriate usage conditions.

UV light, or ultraviolet light, is a form of electromagnetic light that is invisible to the naked eye. The main source of UV light is the sun. The biggest concern with UV lights is that they emit varying levels of ozone. Even very small amounts of ozone in the air may result in chest pain, coughing, shortness of breath, and throat irritation. The UV-C radiation itself is also a concern if improperly handled.

Filters used in the G1 HVAC Panels are Graphene based not activated carbon. Graphene is a far ahead technology that has extraordinary filtration properties. Activated carbon based filters remove smell but the same cannot remove pollution particles, no organic compounds and moreover they are unsuccessful in deactivating viruses and bacteria.
